MISSION
PCS binds itself to provide students with a Christ-centered, technologically efficient and value-based education; afford them opportunities to enhance their talents; and instill in them continuing appreciation of themselves, their family, community and environment so that they will become active instruments of social and economic development.

VISION
PCS as a progressive educational institution which offers the widest range of scholarship programs and uses technological advancements as tools for a comprehensive learning and development of students.

PHILOSOPHY
Education is done by providing students learning avenue where they could exercise their sense of well-being and perform the task entrusted to them. Learning is expected from actual and simulated situations and plays that children are engaged into. Knowledge enhanced by modern technological and scientific advancements but tempered by Christian universal morality will give correct direction to pupils to live useful and upright life.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
PCS believes that education is an effective vehicle to human development. It is its goal to provide its students, especially those who are economically-constrained, sufficient knowledge and skills to improve themselves, by giving them easy access to various opportunities that would help them finish their schooling at the least expense on their families.
